Alexander Street Press customers may use the form below to create a support ticket.  All fields are required and your support ticket number will be emailed to you upon submission. 

Please note that students and library patrons should contact their librarian with any problems.  If your librarian is unable to resolve the problem he/she may submit a Customer Support Query form. Due to the volume of support tickets, only forms submitted by librarians and faculty will be accepted.
