The BBC Horizon Collection

The BBC Horizon television program ‘tells amazing science stories, unravels mysteries and reveals worlds you've never seen before’. Horizon reveals the science behind a broad range of topics, including astronomy, physics, math, the environment, disease, and more. The show makes the science accessible and engaging to students in a way that lectures or textbooks simply cannot do.

Spanning the years from 2009 – 2023, The BBC Horizon Collection is a comprehensive run of recent years of this series and is now available to libraries everywhere, for the first time ever, through ProQuest/Alexander Street.

Launching with 165 videos from the years 2009-2018, this collection will be adding episodes from 2019-2023, over time.

More than half the titles can only be found at ProQuest.
